The Thang: Four Corners – Pyramid Style
-Pick a Corner: (5 min at each corner)
-Do 1 rep of the exercise, then 2 reps of the exercise, all the way up to completing 10 of that exercise.
Finish early: start at 10, then 9, then 8...to 1
*need mats
ROUND 1
1st Corner: Burpees (side shuffles to next corner)
*2nd Corner: merkins (bear crawls to next corner)
3rd Corner: Pulse squats (IC) (frog jumps to next corner)
*4th Corner: V-ups (high skips to next corner)
Continue corners until reaching 10 of each.
Find a friend to finish with if you finish early.

We then flipped the paper at each corner and worked our way down the pyramid with a new exercise at each corner. (10, 9, 8...)
1st Corner: Floor tap squats (side shuffles to next corner)
*2nd Corner: Plank Jacks (bear crawls to next corner)
3rd Corner: Skaters (frog jumps to next corner)
*4th Corner: Swimmers (high skips to next corner)
Continue corners until reaching 1 of each.
Finish early...start over in the pyramid at 1.
