Getting to start Halloween morning with a Pumpkin BOMB workout with these ladies was a major treat! 7 PAX joined me in the cold this morning and did AWESOME with our pumpkin friends!
Location: Fire House
PAX: Smores, Biscuit, Arcadia, Gimp, Gilly, Cheesehead
Warm-O-Rama: Jumping jacks, Zombies (toy soldiers), huggies, Daisy Pickers, freestyle while explaining the workout
Tha Thang: Partner up. Pax 1 does the exercise while Pax 2 runs around the parking lot. Swap out and continue the exercise until each amount of reps are complete.
50- Burpees over the pumpkin (Do a burpee, raise the pumpkin overhead, place it back down, jump over the pumpkin, and do another burpee, repeat until you both get to 50)
100- Overhead pumpkin press
150- Merkins with one hand on pumpkin
200 Sit-ups with pumpkin toss (Don’t have to run on this exercise but do sit up partner)
250- Pumpkin squats
*Penalty if the pumpkin touches the ground-5 extra burpees (both partners)*-This only happened once
