

Getting to start Halloween morning with a Pumpkin BOMB workout with these ladies was a major treat! 7 PAX joined me in the cold this morning and did AWESOME with our pumpkin friends!

Warm-O-Rama: Jumping jacks, Zombies (toy soldiers), huggies, Daisy Pickers, freestyle while explaining the workout
Tha Thang: Partner up. Pax 1 does the exercise while Pax 2 runs around the parking lot. Swap out and continue the exercise until each amount of reps are complete.Ā
Rounds include:
50- Burpees over the pumpkin (Do a burpee, raise the pumpkin overhead, place it back down, jump over the pumpkin, and doĀ anotherĀ burpee, repeatĀ until youĀ both get to 50)
100- Overhead pumpkin press
150- Merkins with one hand on pumpkinĀ
200 Sit-ups withĀ pumpkin toss (Donāt have to run onĀ this exercise but do sit up partner)Ā
250- PumpkinĀ squatsĀ
*Penalty if the pumpkinĀ touches the ground-5 extra burpees (both partners)*-This only happened once
