The Thang:
Section One:
Section A and B are both done for 3 minutes.
A: Hopscotch with a twist: Do the hopscotch with diagram given and then end with 6 burpees.
B: Frog hops with a twist: Do 6 Frog Hops, and then do 6 star jumps.
Section Two:
Red Rover, alphabet addition: We run a lap there and back, and then spell out a person’s name with exercises. Depending on how many people you have you can repeat this as needed.

Section 3:
Simon Says, the workout addition: Simon will tell you to do workouts, but careful when Simon isn’t telling you. You will have to do 8 burpees while everyone just does squats.
