On Q: Arcadia
PAX: 4; Wings, S'mores, Azul, and Frosty
Warm Up: Jumping Jacks, Huggies, Daisy Pickers, and Preying Mantis while discussing the principles of FiA
We do the Activities in each group for a minute. Once the 5 minutes is up we run 2 laps. Then we do the next group for 5 minutes, and then run 2 laps. We repeat these until there was 3 mins left.

At 3 minutes we did Bring Sally up/down to Squats.
Ended with: Challenged everyone to find someone within FiA they don't know well (or someone they haven't talked to in While) and get to know them. FiA is about a bound beyond a workout. This can help get us closer.
