The Thang: Section One
One person Runs to the end and does a workout, then runs back. While that person is doing their thing everyone else is doing another exercise until everyone is done.
Scorpion Move; Runner does 12 Burpees
One Legged Heal Raise (Do it in increments of 10 on each leg); Runner does 15 Star Jumps
Over Head Tricep Ext; Runner does 12 Merkins
Single Leg Dead Lift (alternate legs or do them in increments of 10); Runner does 15 Sumo Squats
London Bridges (you can raise your heels for an added push); Runner does 12 Jumping Jacks
We partner up with social distancing teamwork. Both partners have to do the number specified for each workout as a team. While one person runs the other is doing the work out. If partner A gets to number 50, then Partner B will start at 51 and continue on until Partner A returns from running. Then Partner A picks up where Partner B left off.

200 Bicep Curls
150 Speed Skaters, 2 is 1 Count-O-Rama Name-O-Rama Ended with: Challenged everyone to do something they are afraid to do. Whether it be a work out or something in their every day life.
