    Flex Thursday



    Date: 1/9/2020 Location: Firehouse 🔥 On Q: Arcadia PAX: 7: Hummer, Beats, S'mores, Cheesehead, Chill Pill, Gilly, and Lundi


    Warm Up: Huggies, Preying Mantis, Toy Soliders


    The Thang:

    Section One: -20 each of- Lateral Arm Raises Overhead Tricep Extension Calf Raises with Bicep Curl Kettlebell Swings Weighted Windmills


    *If you finish first you did Burpees until all done. Then we do 5 together. After that we ran a lap. Then proceed to Section Two


    Section Two: -1 min of each- Squats Pulse Squats Low Plank High Plank Holding a Leg Raises


    *Then we all did speed laps for 2mins.


    Then we repeated each section.

    With 8mins left we did the ABC's with our leg raises.


    Then with 4mins left we got in some Mary's.
