The First Thang:
Run a lap around the lake. At each lamppost do 1 burpee. If you get done then Jog in place until all in. Then we will do 10 Jumping Jacks.
Second Thang:
While one person is running and doing an exercise, everyone is doing another exercise. When the runner comes back the next person will run and do the exercise. We do this until everyone has Run.

Superman; 10 Squat Jumps
Heisman; 10 Spiders
Third Thang:
Each set is for 2mins; Each exercise is done 10 times; when you have done them all you run. Come back and repeat for the full 2 mins
Set One:
1. Toe touches
2. Sit Ups
3. Merkins
Set Two:
1. Frontal Arm Raises
2. Overhead Arm Ext
3. Hammer Curl
Fourth Thang:
Held a Squat for 1min
