    It was a rainy chilly day in the gazebo. But I loved this fun workout. It was a lot of strength exercises mixed with a little cardio! Great job Pax!


    Warm up- Jumping jacks, toy soldiers, imperial walkers, huggies


    ROUND 1 AMRAP 8min

    10 superman's

    10 swimmers

    10 bent over row

    10 reverse fly

    10 upright row


    *2 MIN BURPEES


    ROUND 2 AMRAP 7 min

    10 merkins

    10 jumping jacks

    10 monkey jumpers

    10 jump squats

    10 froggers


    *2 MIN BURPEES


    Walking lunges around gazebo then 1.30 wall sit


    ROUND 3 AMRAP 5 min

    10 tricep extensions

    10 lateral raises

    10 frontal raises


    Free style jump squats 1 min

    Then wall sit 1min

    Bicycle crunches

    Awkward turtles

    One legged bridge 30 sec both sides

    COT- 1 John 2:15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the father is not in them. I shared this as encouragement to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, we are so easily distracted by everything thats around us. Life is so much better when he is at the center of it.
