The Thang:
There were 2 main sections for the workout. The 2 main sections had 2 sub sections divided into black and red cards. Each sub section had 6 activities. Black cards equated to weights and red cards equated to body moves. We flipped the card to see what color was picked; and then we rolled a dice to pick the activity. We would do 5 activities in one main section, run a lap, and switch to the other main section (essentially, switching back and forth with the main section. Each activity was done 20 times. Now, the twist was... if a card landed on a crazy face everyone had to do 20 burpees.
*If a PAX finished there 20 reps before all in, they had to alternate frogger move and jump squats. Once all in everyone had to do 5more of the move performed.

Count-O-Rama
Name-O-Rama
Ended with a holiday challenge. All throughout the year we get busy with work, engagements, etc. All to often our family/loved ones get put on the back burner. We take for granted the ones who we know love us unconditionally. I challenged everyone to take time to focus on their loved ones especially with the holidays coming up. We need to treasure the times we have and make time for them.
