Jumping jacks, butt kickers, squats, side lunges
The Thang:
At your own pace throughout the workout and you adding a rep of each exercise each round. After the even rounds you will sprint down and back. After the odd rounds you will do 5 star jumps
Round 1: 1 rep of everything
1Pikes push-ups aka Carolina dry docks
1High lows planks
1Burpee
do 5 star jumps
Round 2: 2 reps of everything
2Pikes push-ups aka Carolina dry docks
2High lows planks
2Burpee run down the parking lot and back
We repeated that until we got to round 15 (that is 120 of each exercise!!!!) Last 5mins we did Mary's:
30 sec normal crunches
30 sec legs in 90 degree angle side crunches (one side)
30 sec legs straight up with toe touches
30 sec flutter kicks
30 sec leg lift hold
30 sec legs straight up with toe touches
30 sec legs in 90 degree angle side crunches (one side)
30 sec normal crunches
30 sec leg lift hold
