Tabata with 20 seconds of an exercise and 10 seconds rest. We did each exercise x4 intervals (2 mins total).

Four Corners!
Round 1: Run btw cones, Round 2: side shuffle between cones
Cone 1- Round 1: 25 spider planks/ Round 2: 25 half BGS
Cone 2- Round 1: 25 squat pulse/ Round 2: 25 squat pulse
Cone 3- Round 1: 25 Bicep curls/ Round 2: 25 bent over kickbacks
Cone 4- Round 1: 25 high knees (2=1)/ Round 2: 25 curb taps (2=1)
We got through 3 rounds and had about 3 mins left, so did PAX choice for abs.
Arcadia: 1 min bridge
Cajun: 1 min leg circles
Bulldog: 1 min reverse crunch
