It was a beautiful morning weather was perfect for working out and doing all our running. We probably ended up doing close to 2 miles with this workout!
The Cooper is very simple. You do 10 reps of 4 different exercises. Then you run a lap. Next time you decrease the reps to 9 and run a lap. Each round you cut the reps by one. Our exercises were
Push Ups, Sit Ups, Squats, and Around the Worlds
I called this the Mini Cooper since we only ran the small lap up one lane and down the next instead of the BIG parking lot.
Then we did 100 squats. 20 reps of 5 different squats to make 100. 20 Sumo, 20 Pendulum squats, 20 Curtsy, 20 Crockpot, 20 Narrow or Regular.
Then we did the same for abs: 100 crunches. 20 LBCs, 20 pretzels(right side), 20 pretzels (left) 20 toe touches, 20 sit ups ended up doing more until it was 6:15
Sit ups is our challenge for this month so it helped kicked off the month by getting in 75 sit ups easily.
