mosey 2 laps around parking lot
PAX placed mats on one side of lot, weights on other. Do 20 reps of first exercise, travel as indicated, and then 20 reps of second exercise. Continue for duration of song.
Aint no mountain high enough: mountain climbers (2=1), mosey, high knees (2=1)
Jump Around: jump squats, walking lunges, jumping jacks
Opposites attract: tricep dips, side shuffle, bicep curls
Low Rider: hello dolly, bear crawl, plank jacks
Push it: merkins, broad jumps, overhead presses
Shake ya tail feather: monkey humpers, mosey, butt kickers (2=1)
Cotton Eyed Joe: awkward turtle (2=1), walking lunges, curb taps (2=1)
Kickstart my heart: glute bridge, side shuffle, lunge kick (10 ea side)
Burn: plie squat w/ calf raise, broad jumps, front raises
Gonna make you sweat: V ups, mosey, froggers
