Squat with shoulder press ( 1 min) 3 rounds 20 seconds each exercise: High knees, Ski jumps, jacks Squat With shoulder Press ( 1 min) 4 rounds 20 secondss each: Plyo lunges, pulse squats, jump squats Merkens ( 1 min) 5 rounds 20 seconds each: touch speed skaters, curtsy lunges, froggers Lunges w bicep curls (1 min) 6 rounds 20 seconds each: Burpee, mountain climbers, star jumps Overhead triceps press (1min) 2 rounds40 seconds each: Up-down planks, J-lo's, donkey kicks w/dumbbell
