    Break up into partners. One PAX does hill work while PAX #2 performs stationary exercise

    4x sprint up-jog down merkins

    3x skip up-jog down high plank

    2x bear crawl up-jog down burpee

    1x alt. lunge up-jog down tri-cep dip

    2x alt. side squat up-jog down goal post (arms) up/down, squeeze

    1x inchworm w/ merkin up-jog down bird dog (2 pt plank)

    2x frog hop up-jog down standing crunches (side or cross)

    Run back to lot, count o rama, name o rama & Pic!
