    15ea of weight move then 20 of cardio move x3 rounds

    (After finishing 3rd round - plank hops until 6 and then 3 more all together - modification: mtn climbers)

    Goal check in - maybe you’ve already messed up your goals. If you haven’t yet you probably will. Not because you suck but there will always be unexpected things that happen but what happens when you fail? Don’t let it defeat you! We’re fully loved exactly as we are today - even if we never improve. But we can keep working on our goals so when you miss the mark, give yourself grace and keep working hard. Good to have goals but they’re not the end all be all.
