Warm up: (all x12 IC) arm circles, crockpot squats, high knees, toy soliders

All pax line up in a straight line in the middle of the lot facing the curb. All weights are set here. Our mats were placed a short distance away up against the curb. You will do 15 reps of a strength move followed by a cardio move to you mat. Once at mat you will do 15 reps of a core move then hop up and do your cardio move back to your weights. Rinse and repeat for the full 8 mins.
Set 1:

Strength: Burpee with weights
Cardio: Broad jump

Set 3:
Strength: Bicep Curl to hammer curl

Cardio: walking lunge
Abs: 1/2 or full BGS
