Interval training (45 seconds work/15 seconds rest) with 7 compound exercises:
1) Dumbbell thrusters
2) Alternating reverse lunge with bicep curl
3) Plie' squat with upright row
4) Curtsy lunge with flie
5) Renegade row
6) Glute bridge with tricep extensions
7) Glute bridge hold with chest press
After round 1, we did 1 min heismans and 1 min jump squats. After round 2, we did a 2 min mosey. After round 3, we did 1 min weight to knee and 1 min high knees.
