RUSH Cardio

in Backblasts

5 PAX including 1 FHG PAX: Justice, Anchor, Shook FNG: Himalayan Q: Betty C

Warm up: JJ, Toy Soldiers, Butt Kickers, Arm Circles

The THANG:

2 laps around the track and then strength:

15 Merkins

15 Tabletops using a band

10R/10L Arms:

pull down with band (arms out, pull 1 arm down to hip)

cross over with band (arms in front of one hip, then cross straight arm in front of body)

pull out using band (arms out front & pull out w/ both hands)

15 Thors

2 laps, then same strength exercises, repeat as many times as possible in 45 minutes
