pull down with band (arms out, pull 1 arm down to hip)
cross over with band (arms in front of one hip, then cross straight arm in front of body)
pull out using band (arms out front & pull out w/ both hands)
15 Thors
2 laps, then same strength exercises, repeat as many times as possible in 45 minutes
