The Thang:
50 total reps of each exercise (some broken up into 2 sets of 25 each)
PAX get into teams of 2, lining up on one side of the parking lot
5 sets of exercises with 3 exercises in each group (cardio, arms, & legs). Abs completed at the end (if time allows). Partners do 25 reps of 1st exercise, then run down to end of PL and perform 5 burpees and then run back to complete another 25 reps.
When your team has completed their set of 3 exercises. draw a tally mark & yell “respect”. Burpees until all teams have finished that set of exercises
