    Warm-up...JJ, Daisy pickers, Praying Mantis, Arm circles, mosey around the building

    7 Exercises, each performed in counts of 5, then 10, 15, 20 with different cardio moves in between each series of 5 reps

    After 5 reps, run down to cone & back

    after 10 reps skip down......

    after 15 reps broad jump down......

    after 20 reps duck walk down....

    Exercises: plank walks, v-ups, surrenders, "pointer" crunch, sumo squat pulse, tricep kickbacks, calf raises,

    Last 5 minutes MARYS...25 LBC's, 20 "half bicycle" L then R side, 30 toe touches, 30 awkward turtles,

    Last 1 minute stretch
