Pumpkin Partner AMRAP

in Backblasts

Location: The Island

Q: Shook

PAX: Betty C, Justice, Uni, Sushi, Anchor, Power


Warm Up: Jumping Jacks, Toy Soldiers, Huggies, Daisy Pickers


The Thang: PAX Partner Up. 5

Rounds, 6 Minutes each. One PAX completes an endurance exercise while the other PAX does AMRAP of workout exercise using a pumpkin. After 1 minutes, switch. PAX picks up on reps where the other PAX left off. After 6 minutes, the groups with the fewest reps does 5 extra merkins.

Set 1:

wall sits

skull crushers with pumpkin


Set 2:

plank

squats with pumpkin


Set 3:

speed skaters

lateral raises with pumpkin


Set 4:

lbc with pumpkin

burpees over pumpkin


Set 5:

back lunges with pumpkin

tricep dips
