It was a muggy morning!! But these pax put in the work and did a great job! I love this workout and even better the way I feel afterwards. And ok there wasn’t a real Barton but it was like we pretended.

run a lap
Everyone is lined up on the lane. one person runs and does a move while the rest of pax is doing stationary moves, then when running pax comes back the next person goes. We do the stationary move until all pax have ran.
