Warm Up: daisy pickers, huggies, high knees, preying mantis
The Thang:
10 min: run to top floor, take stairs to bottom, repeat
Start at bottom each round: 10 push up pull throughs, 2nd round squat w/ bicep curl
Run to first floor, complete exercise, take stairs to bottom, then run to second floor, complete next exercise, take stairs to bottom, repeat until you reach the top floor
1st Floor: 10 froggers, 2nd round: inch worms
2nd Floor: 15 smurf jacks, 2nd round: jumping lunges
3rd Floor: 20 plank to pushup
4th Floor: 25 jump squats
Burnout: burpees, alternating lunges, squats
5 each, add a move to each exercise every round
