Let's get Tabata-ing

Warm up:

Arm Circles High Knees Bicep Curls Jumping Jacks Kick Boxing punch


The Thang:

Do each exercise for 50 secs, once you have done all the sets hold a Squat for 1 1/2 mins. Then repeat all sets. Then hold another Squat.


Arms:

Bicep curl

Overhead Tricep

Overhead press

Dead Lift

Flys

Front raise


ABS:

Merkins

Big girl Sit ups

Cross toe-touches (laying on back)

Spidey plank

Weighted Awkward turtle

Plank walk


Legs:

Squat pulses

Ballet Squats

Monkey humpers

Bear crawl position

Calf raises

Pendulum leg raises
