Popsicle sticks with different exercises (prepared beforehand), were placed in a jar. each PAX chose 1 stick and we performed the exercise for 1 minute. After the 5th stick PAX would run around the building, Sticks were chosen until time was up! Exercises included:
monkey humpers, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, squats, flutter kicks..anything you want to put on the stick! (We chose no burpees)
