Do each set 3x: Each PAX takes turns counting, in cadence, an exercise
15 ARMS biceps
15 ABS Russian twists
15 LEGS squat/kick, alternating sides
CARDIO Run around the parking lot
15 ARMS tricep extension
15 ABS full sit up
15 LEGS fire-hydrant (15 each side)
CARDIO walking lunges to cones, sprint back
15 ARMS arm extension (forward, side, then down)
15 ABS plank dips (15 each side)
15 LEGS plie’ squat pulses- 1 heel raised (15 each side)
CARDIO sprint to bathrooms, 1 min wall sit
10 ARMS merkins, slow drop, 3-2-1 hold, repeat
10 ABS cross over man climbers (knee to opp. elbow) 2=1
10 LEGS monkey humpers
CARDIO side shuffle to cones and back
15 ARMS dumbbell cross jab
15 ABS bird dog crunches (on all 4’s, opp arm & leg out, then crunch)
15 LEGS hamstring curl with weights (on all 4’s with dumbbell behind knee) 15 each side
COOL DOWN child’s pose, downward dog, walk hands to toes and stretch
