Mosey around the P2 lot (large lap)
1. Coin Flip Relay
PAX were divided into teams of 2. One PAX would stay at the first cone while the other PAX ran down to the second cone. A coin was at the second cone to flip. Heads or Tails? Then follow the exercise chart.
2. Ten by Ten (x10, add weight to challenge): 10 reps of each exercise, in between each exercise sprint down to the cone and then back before proceeding to the next exercise.
*unfortunately we only made it through 2-3 rounds
3. Marys (3 rounds//x1 minute each)
