    Groundhog Day Fun



    Today was a great morning! I finally did a themed workout. This was fun, so its groundhog day, so I thought it would be fun to do something we just get tired of and then when we run its like while were sleeping and then the workout routine is the same as it was the day before.


    Welcome & warm up

    Warm up (6 min)

    Squats

    Daisy Pickers

    Jumping jacks

    Huggies

    Preying Mantis


    Groundhog Day “will this day ever end?!!”

    Switch kettle bells around each round 5, 10, 15lbs (since there was 3 pax everyone got a chance with a different weight)

    10 kettlebell swings

    5 merkins

    20 kettlebell swings

    5 merkins

    30 kettlebell swings

    5 merkins

    40 kettlebell swing

    5 merkins

    Run a lap

    Repeat 3xs

    (GREAT JOB WE DID 300 KETTLEBELL SWINGS!)


    curb taps

    1 min walking lunges


    Just like Phil pops up and down so will you during this core circuit (12 min)

    15reps each

    UP high knees

    DOWN Jack knives

    UP Jumping jacks

    DOWN Plank jacks

    UP Burpees

    DOWN Reverse crunch

    3xs

    (We didn't quite finish 3 rounds, but it was close)
