    Arms: bicep curls, lateral raises, dumbbell scaption, chest press, tricep extension, merkins, skull crushers, upright row, flys, bent over row

    Abs: sit ups, bicycle crunches, plank, cross crunches, awkward turtles, flutter kicks, dumbbell sidebend, bird dogs, high crunches
