After all PAX have ran , next exercise is Burpees, then planks Next set: run to cones do 6 burpees while rest of pax do front/side lateral raises, then monkey humpers, then v-ups Set 3: run to cones, do 10 merkins while rest of PAX do triceps kick backs, jump squats, alternating toe touches 2 minute cool down, count o Rama, name o Rama. End with prayer.
