    Warm up: jumping jacks, butt kickers, cherry pickers

    The thang: partner workout. One person runs lap aeound the building while the other works through a 12min AMRAP (3 different AMRAPs):

    1. 25 merkins

    2. 25 shoulder press

    3. 25 tricep kickbacks

    4. upright rows


    1. 25 DB snatch

    2. 25 crouching tiger

    3. side plank L (30 sec)

    4. side plank R (30 sec)


    1. 25 squats

    2. 25 alt donkey kicks

    3. 25 alt fire hydrants

    4. 25 alt lunges


    COT: quotation I‘ve been thinking about recently= you are replaceable at work. You are not replaceable at home. This is simple but has challenged me recently as someone who loves to say yes to a lot of things (that can all be good things!) to think through if I say yes to something, what does that mean I’m saying no to by default? Where am I actually “irreplaceable” (can anyone actually read that without singing Beyonce though??)
