COT: quotation I‘ve been thinking about recently= you are replaceable at work. You are not replaceable at home. This is simple but has challenged me recently as someone who loves to say yes to a lot of things (that can all be good things!) to think through if I say yes to something, what does that mean I’m saying no to by default? Where am I actually “irreplaceable” (can anyone actually read that without singing Beyonce though??)
