A couple of PAX completed the MURPH Challenge while the rest of the PAX did the following:
21-15-9 Workout
3 Rounds of exercises, perform each exercise- 21 reps, then 15 reps, then 9 reps , then run a lap around the track and move to the next round
Round 1: Chest flys, jump squats, toe taps (abs), RUN, then PAX do JJ until all in
Round 2: Wide bicep curl, Star jumps, full sit up, RUN, then PAX do burpees until all in
Round 3: Jumping lunges (1:1), tricep push ups, weighted hip bridges, RUN, then PAX do squats unit all in
