Resistance Band around ankles:

-Frontal Knee Raise - Right

-Frontal Knee Raise - Left

-Lateral Knee Raise - Right

-Lateral Knew Raise - Left

Resistance Band around thighs*

-Bridge position with Clam shell


*Run a lap


Round Two

-Bicep Curls

-Zottman Curls

-Alternating Frontal Arm Raise

-Serving Platter

-Merkins

Round Three

Resistance Band around ankles:

-Posterior Leg Raise - Right

-Posterior Leg Raise - Left

Resistance Band around thighs:

-Laying Down Side Position Clam shell - Right

- Bridge with Clam Shell

-Laying Down Side Position Clam A

Shell - Left


*Run a lap


Round Four

-Bow Ext- (Constant Overhead Press bring your knee up connect with elbow rotating legs/elbows)

-Upright Rows

-Lateral Raise with a Tricep Curl

-Hammer Curls

-Skull Crushers
