The Thang:
Do each move in each section 4 times, then run to the pavilion, do the next set, then run back to mats and the next set, then run the Pavilion and the next set.
When you run back to the mats after completing all 4 sets--- You will start with set 1 again but you'll be adding 2. So instead of doing each move 4 times, you'll do it 6. We will repeat this 4 times so we get to the number 10.
