    Pax: Beats, Wings, Hutch, SAL, and Chill Pill

    Warm up: jumping jacks, windmills, daisy pickers, butt kickers, run a lap

    Partner Workout DORA style for the MURPH

    100 Burpees

    200 Merkins

    300 squats

    Partner 1 starts the reps Partner 2 runs a lap and then comes back continues reps until goal is reached and other partner runs. We accomplished it and it was a good time. Sore arms continued the next day!
