It was a very muggy morning, but I was so excited to be back! I can’t wait to get back on my rhythm again! We had a fresh face today and she was delightful! She kept up with us great so another strong Pax to add to our FiA group! We haven’t sweated that much in I don’t know how long, a great fit for sweat school. We got it today!!
