**The Thang**
We burnt out a few muscles, using some great songs this evening. For each song, there was a repetitive move performed when a certain word or phrase was said. For the remainder of the song, there was a different move.
Song 1 – Flower – Leg Lift Challenge
Lay on your mat with your legs suspended just above the ground. For each “bring Sally up” you will raise your legs and then lower them to the beginning position without dropping them to the ground.
Song 2 – Roxanne – Ab Burn
Lay on your mat & freeze in the crunch position. Each time you hear “Roxanne,” do a full sit up & then back to the crunch position.

Song 3 – Jump Around
Pulse squats with a jump squat for each time you hear “jump”.
Song 4 – Ice Ice Baby
Start out by doing OH Presses & each time you hear “ice ice baby,” switch to a side lateral raise. Make sure you work all of the way until the end.

Start out speed skaters & each time you hear “happy,” do a bicep curl.
Song 6 – Thunderstruck
Start out doing regular squats. For each “thunder” or “thunderstruck” you’ll be doing a burpee.
