These ladies worked so hard, and everyone finished at least 3 times around. --8 cones were set up along the inside of the parking lot in a circle. We each started at a different cone. Each cone had one exercise on it. We completed 30 reps of the exercise, then ran a complete lap around the circle until we passed our cone and reached the next one. We repeated this all the way until we got back to the first cone. Then we did it again with 25 reps each. Then again, around the circle, with 20 reps each. Exercises were the following: Merkins Pendulums( 2=1) Spider plank (2=1) Carolina dry docks Bicep Curl to Overhead Press Kettlebell swings Monkey Humpers Bicycles Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama COT: Romans 8:37-39 "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
