Each round has 4 activities. Each activity is done for 1 min with 6sec trasition to the next exercise. After each section we ran for one and half minutes.

Arm Circle
Bicep Curls
Tricep Kickbacks
Cardio:
High Knees
Jumping Jacks
Butt Kickers
Heisman
Abs:
Bicycles
Toe Touches
Crunches
Bridges
Repeat all the above one more time.
