Warm up: Praying Mantis, Runners stretch, arm circles (forward & backward)
The Thang:
Mosey over to circuit station. Each round, PAX will perform circuit (dips, pull ups, merkins) in increments of 5. Then run to bench #1, do 5 burpees, run to bench #2 (just up the path) and do 5 more burpees
Round 2: circuit, then 10 mountain climbers at each bench
Round 3: circuit, then 15 monkey humpers at each bench
Round 3: circuit, then 20 bicycles at each bench
Round 4: circuit, then 25 squats at each bench
Mosey back to parking lot .

Marys (Russian twist, crunches, leg raises)
