Tabata- 45 seconds exercise, 8 seconds rest
Do each leg and arm set 2X
Set 1: 8 leg exercises
Goblet squats, Fwd lunge dips-left leg dips, Fwd lunge dips-right leg dips, Left side lunge, Right side lunge, Alternating step-up’s to bench, Sumo squat bounces, Alternating back lunges
Repeat
Set 2: 7 arm exercises
Upward row, Hammer curl to overhead press, Alternating forward arm raises, Extended crossover with opposite left knee lift, Extended crossover with opposite right knee lift, Renegade row, Merkins
Repeat
Abs: 45 seconds each
Plank knee drop, Plank see-saw, Side plank crunches left, Side plank crunches right, Awkward turtle, High-low plank
