The Thing: Exercise, stairs, Increase exercise by 10, stairs, Increase exercise by 10, stairs, etc.
Round 1: 10 Jumping Jacks, flight of stairs up, 20 JJ, stairs up, 30 JJ, stairs up, 40 JJ, stairs to top level - 30 JJ, stairs going down, 20 JJ stairs, stairs down, 10 JJ to bottom level
Round 2: lunges (followed same pattern as above)
Round 3: overhead claps
Round 4: 5 burpees (5 each time, not increasing)
Mary: AMRAP side crunches R / L 1 minute each
