    The Thang:

    5-min circuits

    Round 1: 10 squats, 10 merkins, 10 bridges


    Round 2: 10 Arnold Palmers, 5 burpees, 10 fire hydrants


    Round 3:

    10 Lunges (1 is 1), 10 Rows, 10 Russian Twists (2 is 1)


    Round 4:

    10 Awkward turtles (2 is 1), 10 donkey kicks each leg, 10 front raises


    Round 5:

    10 squat to OH press, 15 crunches, 10 reverse lunges (1 is 1)


    Round 6:

    6 mountain climbers (2 is 1), 10 skull crushers, 10 bicycle crunches (2 is 1)


    Round 7:

    10 DB sidebend each side , 10 DB chest press,10 high crunches
