    The Thang:

    Warm up:

    Praying mantis

    Toy soldiers

    Butt kickers

    Arm circles forward

    Arm circles back

    The thing:

    Ladder circuits


    Each circuit is 5 min

    Circuit 1 then run til time

    Circuit 2 then run til time

    Circuit 3 then run til time

    Song workout intermission:

    1. Feel this moment- every time you hear the word “MOMENT” do a burpee- lunges during rest of time

    2. Cake- every time you hear “cake” do burpee, hold squat pulse

    3. Baby- whenever you hear baby do big girl sit-ups, hold boat pose

    4. Cups- every time you hear “gone” do a push up, hold plank rest of song

    Grab a socially distanced partner!

    Partner 1- do AB while partner 2 runs laps

    Then switch til time is up!

    -plank mountain climbers

    -low plank w donkey kicks (:30 each side)

    -plank jacks

    -alternating high/low planks

    -2 point plank (extend opposite arm & opposite leg out)
