Circuit 1 then run til time
Circuit 2 then run til time
Circuit 3 then run til time
Song workout intermission:
Feel this moment- every time you hear the word “MOMENT” do a burpee- lunges during rest of time
Cake- every time you hear “cake” do burpee, hold squat pulse
Baby- whenever you hear baby do big girl sit-ups, hold boat pose
Cups- every time you hear “gone” do a push up, hold plank rest of song
Grab a socially distanced partner!
Partner 1- do AB while partner 2 runs laps
Then switch til time is up!
