40 Mt. Climbers (2 is 1)

30 Calf Raise & squat w/wgt

20 Step-ups w/wgt (1 is 1)

Sprint

Burpee’s until everyone returns

40 Monkey Humpers

30 Overhead Press

20 Tricep Dips

Sprint

Wall sit until everyone returns

MARY: 1 minute each
