5 cones + 3 PAX = one gr8 workout

in Backblasts

Warm up (all x12 IC)

Tha thang:


4 cones were placed in 4 corners of the parking lot with one cone in the middle. PAX would complete exercise at one outside corner cone, would run to middle cone and then complete 5 of another exercise before running to next outside cone. Reps increased on outside cones by 2 each time.


So, we would do 2 squats, 5 pushups, 4 squats, 5 pushups, etc. We did this for 10 mins.

Then we did 1 min each of: WW2 sit-ups, bicycles, reverse crunches clamshell bridge


Next cone set was lunges (2=1, only increased by 1 rep at each corner cone) and 5 overhead press in the middle for 10 mins.


Repeated ab section with 1 min of: WW2 sit-ups, bicycles, reverse crunches clamshell bridge


The last 5 mins, we did pile squats at cones and middle cone was 5 dumbbell swings.


COR, NOR, COT: we had many prayer requests today. Prayed for other PAX as well.


It was super muggy and a hard workout but y'all did it! Way to go!
