The Thang:
Like the song 12 Days of Christmas-- We did the 12 workouts of Christmas since it was the 12th day of Christmas.
How we did the thang: One move is done. Then a new one is added. Then you go back and do the previous move after you did the new move.

°If you finished your set of moves first then you picked an activity to do. You can do the same move each time.
