How we did the thang: One move is done. Then a new one is added. Then you go back and do the previous move after you did the new move. Ex: 1 2, 1 3, 2, 1 Etc. The moves: 1 Tree Sumo Sqauts 2 Lateral Arm Raises 3 J Lo's 4 Tuck Jumps 5 Mountain Climbers 6 Russian Twist 7 London Bridges w/ Overhead Extension 8 Weighted Boxing Punches 9 Merkins 10 Burpees 11 Dead Lifts 12 Overhead Tricep Extension *To spice it up! We added in running a lap when we got to number 5. Ex: Lap, 5, 4, 3... 6, Lap, 5, 4... °If you finished your set of moves first then you picked an activity to do. You can do the same move each time.
